Shipment Understanding
I am one person operating this business from packing, to manufacturing, to shipment. Packages can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to send out. Please understand this may lead to delays to ensure I do not overwork myself to an unhealthy degree. Thank you for your patience.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refund or reshipment is issued if eligible. If you do not notify me of any issues within 3 days of delivery, reshipment or refunds are void.
